So many questions! SPOILER

What did I just watch?! Nothing was explained. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed this film. Very well acted and creepy in places, but all the plot points are just 'suggested' to the viewer rather than there being any actual story to follow.

What was the deal with the neighbour? And did lydia really kill her family, and if so why? Is this the reason she was stuck haunting the home?

It seemed a bit like that to be free of being stuck haunting the house Lydia had to have someone take her place.

There's one thing being ambiguous but this story is something else!
