This series is absolute garbage... I mean seriously This is just plain horrible. I cant even stomach watching this. I was so excited about seeing the next in the gut series after not watching the original manga series. But watching the Golden Age Arcs 1-3, which were fantastic by the way.

But this..... This is garbage. You cant even see what is going on 90% of the time. It is terrible! I mean how did we got from the golden age to this trash? WoW... I mean just wow.. It looks like they took a good thing and went the crappy dragon ball gt way of it. An spat it out on tv. I mean seriously this is horrible. I'm not one for sub... It's trash while trying to watch it. I love my dub. But, I was willing to give it a try because I was so excited, but this was a waste...

Puck was terrible why does he look like some child's toy 90% of the time? LIke some fat gob of *beep* with arms like a emoticon. That was just plain annoying.

This could have actually been better if you could actually see what was going on...

Guts is an absolute *beep* now I thought he was *beep* up with the armor.. This has him being an *beep* from the jump... I dont know just cant get into it. An the intro sucks rat balls....

Anyway... I gave it a 3 after episode 3. Just couldn't stand it any further. Good luck to anyone else watching this... Hopefully, the ones that made the gold arc movies will pick it up later and make it better again.

this is the manga made into an anime, Guts was an ass, the setting was depressing and its was full of sex and violence, Also Puck looked like that in the manga too (manga, not anime)
Try its original form, there's a very good reason Guts is the way he is.

I love how they're sticking to the manga more, the story gets more involved every book.

But i do agree that i have no clue why the animation looks the way it does, a little more effort and it could have been great.

They didn't include the Lost Children Arc, which arguably has one of the best apostle stories in it as well as just insane character development for Guts. That's one of my favorite sections in the entire manga

They dis-included the parts with Ganeshka too so I don't know how they're going to incorporate that....

There are some things they did well like Flora's character/the telling of magic in season 2 and the fights in season 2 were better done but still. Not including that stuff was tragic as hell.
