Once he said that, it became clear the only credible way the loop can be broken is if someone who is not already a part of it interferes (by studying it first and then taking action like Noah is doing). Since Noah is apparently Bartosz for some reason (they don't look similar to me, and I really don't see what motivation Bartosz has to follow in Noah's footsteps, but their scene at the end makes little sense otherwise), the opportunity has been missed to treat him as an outsider who stumbled upon the loop and managed to use it for his own gain (whatever gain that might be...). Instead, someone else should ideally take on that role. I suppose there could be something I'm missing but I just don't see another solution that makes sense.
