This Hospital's Power Bill Must Be Scarier Than Any Demon

Demonic possession films are a horror subgenre that will always have a ready audience. Some, like "The Last Exorcism", are better than others, although there’s yet to be one as unnerving as the original Exorcist. This one was mostly a snoozefest with barely a scare. Shay Mitchell (superb in “You”) and Kirby Johnson (amazing contortionist) do the best they can with what they’ve been given, but even the best acting can’t liven up a story this dull. However, if you happen to find motion-activated lights especially terrifying, this might be the scariest movie you’ll ever see.
