It's okay. A little predictable at times. I really liked the character Thora Birch played as the wife of the son. So good at getting people to get along and smoothing out situations, but never at the cost of her own integrity. Rosanna Arquette looked way too hot for the grandpa. She was definitely in another league.

Nice to see some outdoor scenes in San Francisco, though they moved things around so as not to make sense.

Oh, and someone call Child Protective Services! Grandpa is pushing a baby stroller in the middle of a busy city street, including out from behind a stopped van without even checking first whether anyone is coming!
