Halloween

Craziness, what an episode.

I thought Mr. Honey was going to go all predatory on Kevin, thank goodness that didn't happen, would delve too much into an awful gay stereotype. Still afraid something of that nature might happen though, that guy's off-kilter. So weird seeing Bad Jack. And poor Reggie, the car thing was crazy. Probably his dad. Maybe his dad and Mr. Honey are working together.

Toni, Toni, Toni. I don't get it. She can't possibly be so in love that she's willing to actually overlook living with Jason's corpse, and all of Cheryl's insanity. I mean really, what is Toni getting from the relationship? Only material stuff at this point. Which okay she arguably could be staying for but I just don't think that of her. But if she *is* still genuinely in love with Cheryl, she needs to realize Cheryl isn't healthy and force help on her. Just lazy writing. She can't be that desperate for a place to stay either. They've never explored her home life, and someone else could take her in. Also I'm no expert but shouldn't Jason's body be more decayed, and smelly? Too much so to tolerate having around like a doll? And speaking of the doll, I'd say Penelope is hiding somewhere on the property (obviously big enough) and moving around the doll to mess with them. Probably hopes it'll get Toni to leave.

I still don't buy that Jughead will die, they wouldn't actually give that away like that. I have no idea how this mystery will be explained, but I don't think Jughead will die. And it's not out of exceptional fondness for the character, just how I think it'll go.

Archie's story was boring and predictable but of course.

FP and Alice back together was random and cute.

Veronica's story was like a little horror movie in its own.

Betty. Oh dear Betty. Charles was obviously gaming you right away. What's tricky is how. Because I think he's a legit FBI agent, otherwise everything that's happened around him has been an impossibly elaborate set-up. Just feels like he's going to go after Betty out of jealousy, like Roman in Scream 3. He'll have a loyalty to Chic or something. Also, Polly's undeniably sick but it's pretty obvious she wasn't the one calling Betty. Can't believe Betty was so dumb as to not hear her out, that was a gamble for Charles but paid off well.

Forgot I'd posted that, but thanks for the reminder, always feels good (though I felt it was obvious)
