The kid has not been brought back

I am amazed with other things coming up in season 1 back in season 3 that the crazy kid hasn't been brought back again. she seen who Barry looks like and nothing about her in the story at all. after the shooting and everything at the pharmacy.

Mind you I binged the entire series and a week and most were waiting 3 years for this season and may have forgotten.
