It's really disturbing that this is even getting a theatrical release.

I had never even heard of Madea until I showed up at a job site and had to wait in a security gate house for a while. There were 3 or 4 guards in the building, all black guys, watching a Madea movie and cracking up at it - it was "Madea Goes to Jail" and I had no idea there were more than one at the time.. I got a couple sensible chuckles out of it but as a white guy the humor was clearly not "for" me and I wasn't sure if I was supposed to laugh at certain stuff or not, during that ten minutes or so that I was a party to a Madea movie in its element.
