What's the deal with Netflix Originals? They become different movies halfway through and not in a good way, and it's sad because the first half is usually pretty good, like in "The Perfection" and "The Tall Grass", but second half feels force IMO.
shareI agree..I've liked a few but it's in the minority.
I think the problem is that they're churning out quantity over quality, An intriguing premise is the easy part...the following through part takes more time and more skill.
They seem intent on throwing out new projects as quickly as possible and just hoping some of it sticks.
