Why pick a jury filled with ignorant people struggling with their own racist issues?
Why have OJ try on gloves that had shrunk, and have him try it on already wearing latex gloves, and not taking his arthritis medication?
Why let Fuhrman ruin their case with his crap? Why not attack the defense's contention that OJ was being framed by several people?
This prosecution team just didn't focus. They just didn't get it. They were like automatons in auto pilot. They weren't flexible. When the trial turned into a trial about OJ being framed, they kept focusing on the DNA evidence.
NO! You must fight what the defense used to place doubt on the DNA evidence. Because what is evidence if the jury doubts it's veracity?
Part of the blame for OJ walking I place squarely on the Prosecution team.
Guilty. plenty of blood evidence. The shoe prints at the crime scene, OJ's. The gloves were bought for OJ by Nicole as a gift, proof via credit card receipt. Also why would Furhman plant a glove behind the house when he had no idea where OJ was? He could have been in Europe or the Caribbean at the time of the murders. When the police went to OJ's house they had no idea if he was home, traveling, they had no idea about an alibi etc.
