ANY business, of any type, in New York, or anywhere else, would chew this Jules woman up and spit her out for

- signing contracts without reading them
- not doing her due diligence
- not being able to raise or borrow any amount of money from any of her own assets
- having no thought that her desirable land, that has had numerous previous purchase offers, would be attractive to developers, so be careful not to sell to them
- being happy to be $450,000 in debt
- giving cash over without a receipt

The list goes on and On. Geez what lousy writing,Hallmark. Please don't give this annual airtime.

Oh, and enough with "beloved" relatives that are left huge inheritances from people of whom's funeral they never bothered to attend...
