Reminds me of Resident Evil 4, the game. Those shots of the nice house dissolving into disrepair give me the impression it's all a hallucination, and the other people are either alternate personalities of Lawrence's character, or perhaps the visitors are psychologists studying her while her husband isn't real. The fact that it's shot from Jen's perspective, and Darren saying it's a lot like Black Swan, makes me think this is very likely.
