Is this almost like a superhero movie version of Ferris Bueller's Day Off?

Instead of playing hooky from school, Ferris/Scott is on house arrest (although on that end, that would make Scott, Cameron and Hope, Ferris with Hank probably playing Sloane or the "third wheel"). Agent Woo is obviously the Principal Rooney figure desperately trying to catch Ferris/Scott.
