What happened ? Did she have the baby?

No she didn't give birth to bills baby.
He beat her up so she had a miscarriage, so if she left him, she would not take his child away from him.

Punching her in the stomach a million times should have been a pretty big indicator. She bled thru the sheets, and washed them the next day..pretty clear to me.
