Do you consider this a European movie?
It is in a European setting, with a european cast, English director.... Doesn't focus on plot and has a european sensibility overall...
BUT...
The scale is large and has a polished old hollywood aesthetic...
Thoughts? Does it feel like an American movie or a European one to you?

shareHonestly, it felt more like a European movie, because it is one. A Hollywood film would have never let the first half-hour go by with virtually no conversation, so this is a European film through and through,straight-up.
