Tonight's episode boring...

S01E05 / WHY ME

Candy telling her new boss Harvey that she wants to do more than be a mere prostitute was interesting, but the rest of this episode didn't have much emotion in it.

Some have been saying this series is about the rise of the adult film industry in the 1970's, and how Times Square changed. Well, this episode was about the business side of that, almost exclusively...and it was unengaging.

It is the people who are going through the experience who are potentially interesting, not the experience itself.
