Chef Patricia (SPOILERS)

In the season one episode "Jason Mendoza," Chef Patricia is opening up "The Good Plates," a high-class restaurant. The gag with this character is that she is as intense and angry sounding as Gordon Ramsay, but she's always saying positive.

Given the season one ending plot advancement, I have a theory about Chef Patricia.

I think that she was furious, frustrated, and constantly ready to wrathfully kill every human in sight. She was supposed to play a positive, Good Place resident, but *couldn't* so Michael just tries to explain it as being "intense." She's getting her "lines" right, but she's incapable of masking her demonic rage.
