Steaming pile

What a steaming pile of dog excrement this movie was. The first half hour was just a random collection of scenes, leaving you wondering where the whole thing was going, if there was a story to it.

Eventually there's a murder and a story starts to develop. A badly told story as I had trouble understanding the relationship between the Swearangen dude and the Trxie chick. There was also the woman who ended up paying $7000 for Utter's land, who was she? What was her history with Bullock?

The Calamity Jane woman was annoying AF. If I had been in that town I would have shot her in the back the moment I noticed her.

This movie was a borefest. A badly told story with uninteresting characters and lots of dangling storylines. 2 hours I'll never get back.

Oh, and I forgot: THE LANGUAGE!

Especially as a non-native English speaker I really needed the subtitles and even then most of the time I was wondering what the F they were saying using all that old language. And they they really say "fuck" that often back then? I don't know when that word became fashionable but this movie is full of fuck.
