In season 1 ep 5 ending, there is a little boy playing with action figures. He then holds up a glass tube and shines a light through it and it makes a hologram of a deer head. Did i miss something? Who was the boy and where did he get the hologram thing? Did the show explain this? Thanks

You didn't miss it - it just wasn't very clear. He was the kid who was sitting on the floor in the back room at the hospital, where the nurse had taken the lunch tray. When robot lady got to the room, it was full of trays, but she didn't see the vial. The kid apparently had taken it.
