Women? This show and Transparent both have zero appeal to anyone other than women. They're not the only one who subscribe so stop catering only to them or people like me will drop Prime.
shareI am a male, fairly conservative fiscally and relating to national defense etc and fairly liberal on social matters. I dig the show I think it has an interesting story that we don't usually see. I read once that writers put women in shows/movies/stories only to give the man something or someone to open up to and show emotion. If you think about it there aren't a ton of real women kind of stories.
I personally think it is an interesting take on an interesting time in our history. Belushi seemed out of place and while I have only seen 5 episodes I glad his role is small- so far-.
I also like that they have attractive women that are attractive in a way that is different than the typical big boobs lot's of skin etc. they are fairly normal.
I like it a lot and I am definitely outside of their demographic which btw makes a show more interesting to me. If I wanted to see stories told about things I can closely relate to it would be very boring to me.
