Season 3 Finale - Packed Full O' Cliffhangers (spoilers)

I just got around to finishing this season, and wow, three major cliffhangers and one minor in the last episode:

1. Will April and Dr. Choi split up over his sister?

2. Will Natalie take Dr. Halstead's offer of marriage, even though he proposes at the worst possible time?

3. Will Dr. Reese's dad survive, and if so, what will happen when he's exposed as a serial killer?

4. Will the new COO and board start pushing Sharon Goodwin out?

That's a lot of reasons to check out next season. Sometimes that gambit just annoys me, and I check out. This time, I have to admit giving in to the manipulation, and I'll be watching again in the fall.

Looks like Dr. Reese is gone :(

It seems so, but if so, I'm not happy about it either. She was very different than the other characters. Much less sure of herself and trying to develop the self-confidence that most of the others all seem to have.

agreed, she was different and had great chemistry with Dr. Charles.
