I have yet to see it. She's the same in everything she does.
Acting is more than looking glum and ready to cry.
It staggers me how she gets work. There is nothing special about her at all.

You should see her as the Tardis in Dr Who then. Season 6 (of the new lot) episode 4 The Dr's Wife -She is brilliant and not miserable

She's a terrific actress and she smiles quite often, whenever smiling is appropriate. People who are obsessed with other people smiling and go around telling them to do so are tiresome.
