Time travel in season 4?

Anyone else think the Back To The Future playing the theaters was a hint at time travel being a thing in the next season?

I'd love it if they could go back in time and save Billy, i'd say Hopper too but i think he's still alive, Billy's who i'd love to get back, by far my favorite character and played by one of the best actors in the world.
