It's ok

This film has an interesting premise, and throughout watching it, I was so confused. Did not know what was going on.

SPOILERS

The doctor talking about defeating death, albeit by gruesome means, was interesting. The practical effects although good, I thought there was just way too much gross things going on, and too many creatures, monsters. Not my thing. The dark figure near the end was kind of interesting, but he was not intimidating at all, though mysterious.

The last scene with the other realm with the pyramid gives a really interesting thought as to the origins of the ideas in the film. That was great.

All in all, just an ok film.
