not bad

The story is interesting.
I do wish we were shown a bit more of Norman's actual SUCCESFUL dealings - because it seems like it was all a pretense the entire time, yet, he was called a fixer without fixing anything. Most of his invitations for big name introductions were BS - so why call him a fixer if he's a BS artist?

Also, when he was named an ambassador by the PM, why did he not have an office? Was PM bullshitting him, too? I assume not, but we were never shown him in his new position in an actual office. In fact, we only ever see Norman on the street - and it would be easy to assume that he's a homeless dude wearing expensive clothes. It's only through the investigator that we learn he does have an apartment - perhaps he's also got an office? Not showing these prevents better immersion and causes me to ask many unnecessary questions, shifting the focus away from the main story.
Otherwise, aside from these odd inconsistencies, the story is pretty decent. The acting is good.
I'd give it 6.5/10 - worth a watch.
