The acting in this movie was absolutely atrocious...ruined the whole thing. Just saying.

You are so right! Horrible! Not to mention the errors. The honeymoon couple was from North Virginia & went to college in N.C. but Hazel tells the Deputy "I've got a cute little Honeymoon couple from Charleston."

I did. I figured she was going to say Charleston, WV, but she didn't.
And I agree, the acting was awful, and the pseudo southern accents.

It was cool seeing Catherine Hicks in a psycho role.
