So everyone in the military from accountants to food services gets basic weapons handling encase things get crazy. Why wouldnt the CIA give their people the same thing.. I get why those posted in Langley wouldnt but hell for those out in bad areas like this? I mean come on...

Would it make sense? Sure.
Remember it's a movie. There may have been more CIA people who took up arms.
But don't buy into the "everyone is a soldier first" BS with the military. Yeah, everyone learns to fire a weapon, and they do it annually because they're required to. Some of those soldiers don't shoot well. Some don't even feel comfortably with a weapon in their hands. Some only shoot pistols. So despite the CIA having a reputation for being ninja spy assassins, they're not.
I definitely agree with what you are saying. But just something they could of had if it came down to it. I get it may of been a liability especially if the real analysts were represented well in the movie. They all looked like normal people. Older middle aged workers, some overweight some that just look like an accountant but just having a tiny bit of experience with gun handling and a small arsenal would of been better than nothing. What if their protection had been killed? They only had about 6 guys who knew what was what then it seemed they had some lower tier guys that had military experience. Like that guy in side shutting the lights off.
shareI would think those office people was only brought together for that contract.They wasn't career people just the same contractor employed like the security people.
