I admit that I haven't read the comics, but does anyone know the range of the sling ring that Doctor Strange uses? Could he have gotten back to Earth from the flying donut or even Titan? Also, it looked like he tried to stick Thanos in the mirror dimension or something? Can anyone confirm this?
He doesn't have a sling ring in the comics. He can open gateways to other realms fairly easily. As for the movies, it's not known how he was planning to get back to Earth.
As for the mirror dimension, I think Strange used that to block a blast.
Cool, thanks! I was just thinking that if Strange could open portals to anywhere that it really opens a lot of doors plot wise. That would be almost as cool as the Space Stone.
