PC crap or teen crap?

First MC post? I thought this show was popular. Tons of positive IMDb reviews but only 6.6 rating.

I just heard fanantics are crying over the cancellation and are going full SJW. I checked the IMDb reviews, mostly fake 10*. Real ones like:
"The representation of this show is far beyond anything else ive seen. A lot of healthy LGBTQ+ representation and good representation of people of color. "

The negative reviews say it's bad acting, wimpy vampires, teen drama.
