Just started watching....how is it that...
some really excellent shows like this one seem to just fall completely along the roadside?

I’m not sure where you are, but I know here in the US people generally don’t have any interest in non English language series or films. Which is a shame. Ugh. This show is SO good. I’ve watched it all 3 or 4 times. People don’t know what they’re missing.
shareI'm in the US and you are so right. We cut the cord a couple of years ago and I am stunned at the amount of excellent foreign language shows out there in contrast to the junk here in America. And the amount of content available for such a low cost or even free is amazing. I keep telling people about the Tubi channel and the huge amount of movies and where sometimes there are commercials and sometimes not.
I am also stunned at the lack of recognition these shows get in the US, too.
