After watching the last season of this show, I had a thought

I don't think any Hollywood productions will ever depict god as a white male during this day and age. And in a cinematic universe where there is an all powerful god, it can appear in any form it wants, so at least people can't complain about how they are changing the character. But it's just amusing that the hollywood execs do it only because of fear of it negatively affecting their bank accounts because of some zeitgeist backlash.
