my favorite. the filippino judge. no nonsense.

my take: unprecedented acts of genocidal barbarity require, if they dont already exist, ex post facto laws to describe their deeds and associated penalties.

the mountains of dead aren't answered by legalistic dodges. they want justice, some measure of recompense, some measure of warning to the future.
