The Ending *spoliers*

Anyone else dislike the ending? Why did she have to go to jail and was it for murder, evidence tampering, or theft? Shannon matured, sought help, tried to change, hated seeing her in jail, especially after everything she went through.

Also, Judy Greer rocked this and I thoroughly enjoyed this film.

Well, she did kill a guy. Part of her maturing was taking responsibility (plus she had nowhere else to go in life) so she turned herself in. Forgot if this was mentioned in the film, but I would guess that she's serving time for manslaughter.

Surprised anyone would think she shouldn't go to jail. The b.s. "rape" claim got a guy killed, and she never (that we saw) even admitted that. Then when you add in that she and her sister tried to cover it up by cremating the body, robbed a sex toy store, stole $12k plus from a barmitzvah, etc. She should be doing plenty of years for that. Seemed like the movie also tried to gloss over what she did with writing in that meeting with the sister, where she tells Judy Greer's character how much better life is now that her brother is gone.

Gerald and Ruby (the pet funeral home owners) who cremated the human body would probably have to come back from Detroit and serve some time for that as well.

I love Judy Greer, but she was a horrible person.
