Home bloody home..the kid was at fault AND his parents!!

Haven't even finished watching this yet, but sorry… The kid was on the neighbors property playing with the dog, he did it many times before, they showed that. It was not the neighbor's fault or the dogs fault the mom should've been watching her kid and told him not to go in the yard and play with the dog which he had been doing . Then to have to put the dog down when it was on its own property? I would hate those people forever also . Forever . Not done what this guy did or anything like it but I would've hated them forever

I just watched this episode and I thought the same thing. To sue the guy for what in today's dollars would be $32,000, for something that was the kid's fault, was ridiculous and asking for trouble. While I don't think they deserved death, it sounds like these people started a downward spiral for the guy that he never recovered from. It was one thing to ask for medical bills, but they specifically stated that the family added on punitive damages to the lawsuit. That was a **** move and karma evidently came back to them big time.

I agree. I like this show, but they really do take one side WAY over the other instead of telling it equally from both sides. NONE of these issues should result in violence or death, but usually the ones I've seen the ones that are given the sympathy usually start the trouble...the only one I can think of where the guy killed was totally not at fault was the nurse in Flordia with the little boy who helped his old man Cuban neighbor for a while for money til he got his nursing job. Then when he wanted to enjoy his new job, money & son, the man got mad he wasn't doing odd jobs anymore & killed him. Very brutally.

All the tragedy of this episode started because this kid played with someone's dog on THEIR property and the kid's Mom saw dollar signs.

Up until the guy started killing everyone, I could see where he was coming from. The kid started it.
