Two things that bug me.

Since the city is getting reunited with the mainland, why are Penguin, Riddler, and Barbara still working on the submarine? Seems like they'd have good intel and thus not waste their time when they could just wait and use a bridge.

And how could Bruce take so long to guess the right name? It's the only person he's ever killed.
