They didn’t make it 7-minutes into this movie before

the PFC’s were calling their Sergeant “sir” which would never be tolerated by an NCO in the Army. The director must’ve used a USMC veteran as the technical adviser but I’m not even sure this would’ve been a custom in the Marine Corps. This is like basic stuff for creating the suspension of disbelief in a military movie involving the U.S. Army
