Anyone else think this is one of Woody's worst?

And I say that as someone who is a big fan of Joaquin Phoenix. Aside from the performances, everything in this movie is just poor. The story is boring, the dialouge consists of so many pretentious philosophical ramblings that amount to nothing, and the pacing is awful. Woody has made some duds for sure, but I think this is one of his worst.
