Dawn's house. anyone else notice this?

I dunno if anyone else has noticed this but i was watching Phantasm V Ravager earlier today and noticed that Dawn's house both outside and inside the house looks exactly the same as Reggie's old family house from Phantasm II and the upstairs from the house at the end of Phantasm I and beginning of Phantasm II.

even Dawn's bedroom looked familiar
