He barely mentions her. Only throws one line about her in the hologram..

I feel like she was so neglected and I would be so pissed if I was her.

But yeah, I agree 100%. Kimber was a freaking SAINT considering how little attention her father gave her and how Jerrica just up and abandoned her (and Aja and Shana) midway through the movie. Jerrica was utterly deadpan the entire movie (and not in the entertaining Daria way) and wholly uninteresting as a character.

HAHAHAH! That's hilarious and so true.

She was a good character and all but her dad never talks about her and I found that to be completely unrealistic. I felt so bad for her. Also, she never mentions her dad. I know that's a script issue but I'll just assume they didn't have much of a relationship.

In a way, that's kinda how it was on the cartoon.

and consider Aja and Shayna--who were the 'minority foster sisters'. they were backup to Jerrica/Jem who got all the attention. At least Kimberly spoke out/up about attention being hogged.
