Out there idea - Thor's Hammer contains the soul stone?

So I had this thought recently and decided to share it with the masses. While there isn't a lot of evidence for this admittedly, what sparked this thought was the concept art showing Thor with a weapon other than his hammer for Infinity War. However there is some supporting facts that can at least start to build a case.

* A lot of people are expecting the Soul Stone to show up in this movie. However putting it with Hela or Heimdall would be fairly predictable, and I think they'll want to do something not as many people would see coming.

* Thor's hammer has abilities no other Asgardian weapon seems to have. Specifically the ability to sense who is trying to wield it and the nature of that person in order to deem them 'worthy'. It is also stated to be the most powerful weapon by Odin who is aware of the Infinity Stones. Having the Soul Stone encased inside Mjolnir would definitely explain it's power and how it can sense and judge the souls who try to wield it.

* With the concept art reveal that Thor isn't using Mjolnir we can assume that something happens to it. I don't think they would want to make Thor suddenly unworthy, as that would be a big step back for his character. I think if it were to be destroyed, unveiling the stone, that would be a big shock on multiple levels and challenge Thor to move forward as a character. Plus, what would be a more bad-ass demonstration of Thanos' power than to walk into Asgard in the final minutes of the film, own Thor, and smash Mjolnir under his boot to take the Soul Stone from inside it. Thor could then have the pieces reforged, allowing it to take this new axe-like form.
