Bank password - possible small plot hole?

George told Kung that his bank password is "beloved".

I never heard of any bank who let their customers used password with only 7 letters without any capital letters, numbers or/and special signs. It's ridiculous, no mention, he didn't tell him anything about the user name, that also need to be long (and mostly no ID number).

yeah the username part stands out

If we take aside the fact that the password itself make no sense, it's even more funny when you understand the character is a professor and he still picked such a stupid password.

Usually, the bank give the customer the username. My username is around 10 numbers

If such a bank exists, I would not want to be their customer.

yeah my bank gave me long string of numbers as username too, which is impossible to remember .

They missed the whole concept of username/password in the movie Wargames - where it was quite pivotal. (and just went with password , like this movie)

If they'd shown that properly I'd have understood networks and logins and such a lot earlier

And if I remember, they forced me to changed my password if I didn't enter the bank site for a 30 days or more.

I never seen Wargames but it's common in movies - apparently even in movies 3 Oscars nominations.

In movies everything look more easy and fast than real life.
