Did Tom Cruise gained a bit of weight here?

Not that it's nothing or a problem, but he looked a little chunky here. He always looked healthy throughout most of his movies, but he seemed different here. It must have been the camera or something.

He probably gained 10 pounds. Tom Cruise was always super thin. It's more impressive now that he is in his 50's.

reply

Its possible. I think its mainly his physique. He's always been a different kind of muscular than most action stars if you ask me.

reply

His pecs are kinda weird.

He definitely wasn't in MI shape. I saw Rogue Nation again, a few hours after having seen JR2 and the difference was noticeable.

reply

His face as well as body is heavier-maybe an additional 10 to 15 lbs. He was at his fighting weight in the last MI. He is still handsome just a little heavier.

He's become more of an action star in recent years, gone are the days where he would do a movie like Magnolia, The Firm, or A Few Good Men it seems. I wish we would get that Tom Cruise on occasion because he was very good in those.

Trying to create a funny, engaging YouTube channel. If you guys check it out, hope you enjoy what you see. Thanks in advance.

He's taking advantage of being an action star while he still can. Soon, he will be too old to do many of these crazy stunts he used to do, so I see nothing wrong with doing as much as he can to squeeze from his body and the genre as possible.

When he'll reach his 60's, he'll probably focus much more on dramatic roles.

He did a shirtless scene. He appeared to have solid muscularity, not a lot of fat. He was definitely in better shape than 95% of the general public.

I watched the two movies a day apart. He's older, and definitely a little thicker. Still looks great for his age.
