That range starts from jesting to smiling, to absolute shock, eyes to horror, glaring at a friend, sadness, denial, shaking, mourning, pity touching with the hand just the friend, to realising for removing the knife, calming gasping to relax, starting to just tear inside the right eye, licking the lips, hyperventilating clutching the knife, tear rolls down the face whilst clasping the knife grip, then finishing with the expression of pulling the knife out. 43 seconds long. Road House was given awful reviews at the time look on the wiki page you can see how bad. How the reviewers got it so badly wrong, is beyond anything, knowing the film is a cult classic and a master class for acting.
