Post Credits Twist Ending? (MAJOR SPOILERS)

I guess I didn't pay enough attention to the final fight between Jake Gyellenhaal and Conor McGregor. It thought Jake "killed the bad guy."

But the final scene of the movie -- post credits -- is Conor breaking out of the hospital and heading out -- naked butt on full view under his patient's smock -- to take over an ambulance and escape.

Right?

Actually, a spin-off sounds more likely. I guess Mcgregor’s huge ego will make us sit through another 2 hours of his atrocious acting some time next year
