Hey, call me crazy, but I loved it.

Sure there are flaws and stuff in this film but I can honestly say I enjoyed it. A lot.
Call me whatever names you like, but I thought it was great.

I loved it too! it was solidy made, great score and a kick ass demon! defiantly could have been better, but could have been a lot worse - its a good companion to the conjuring and the insidious movies.... I'd like to see the black demon turn up in insidious - he freaked me out more than the lipstick demon! (ps both were played by same guy... go figure)

@Paul-Rizzo. I just finished watching Annabelle and I thought it was way more creepier than The Conjuring.I wasn't scared once during that movie.Even though I don't think either movie is great but I liked Annabelle more. You aren't crazy because you like the movie. It just mean you have a different opinion than other people. For some reason there seems to be people on IMDb(a discussion forum) that don't understand everyone won't like the same movies and there's nothing wrong with that.

I thought it was a decent horror film.
It got me a few times. That's not easy to do, believe me.
Yeah, i liked it!

Same here. I watched it for the first time last night. It had some genuinely scary parts in. The story wasn't THAT bad either. The acting was decent. I thought the two main characters did well. Especially the dad.

The black lady was pretty pointless though. I didn't care about her sacrifice at the end. For awhile I actually though she may have been in the cult.

It's no were near as good as The Conjuring, but cant believe its only got 5.4 It deserves at least a 6.

Some pretentious people just like to complain. I liked it a lot.

It did it's job, it scared me. Possession movie always get me, they scare me in general. I do think people are being to harsh on this movie though, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

So my two choices are call you crazy or accept that this movie was decent enough to be loved.Hmmmm...After much consideration i've come to the conclusion that your quite insane. Please contact your local asylum and book a room.

Seriously though i love horror movies but i did not find this movie to be suspenseful or very scary at all.It had a few mildly scary/creepy scenes but they were few and far apart. It felt like a toned down less interesting Rosemary's baby.Glad you enjoyed it but for me it was a huge let down as a followup to the Conjuring.
