In episode 11, Claire gives Danny a shirt that obviously belonged to Luke Cage since it had bulletholes. Has anyone identified if that shirt appeared in any episodes?

More to the point why didn't it look like a bedsheet on Danny? Luke Cage is a big dude, whereas i've seen more meat on a bogey than on Danny Rand.
