Pretty sure he hung himself in the TV series. Harry even allowed him his belt to do the deed from the cage he trapped inside of!
So how does he appear in the movie?!

yes it was. I know what you are talking about. It was a 2006 episode where a group of men tried to take over the country. harry gave him rope.

Oliver Mace is listed as "surviving" on Wikipedia. He is not reported as dead on the Spooks Wikia. It could be wrong.

He was a total savage, though! The scene when he was calling Qasim a coward and telling him to shoot him, grinning the whole time, was awesome!
