This was very good but I think Gretel & Hansel from the same Director is even better.

It's not as polished or as nuanced or as deep as Gretel & Hansel but it was still a very good film. Also I found it more difficult to access the subtextual meaning in this film. It wasn't as apparent to me as it was in Gretel & Hansel. Hollywood should throw some money at Osgood Perkins he knows how to make really good films on the cheap.
