Who was the 'audience' supposed to be for this show?

Who was/is supposed to watch this?

Rap fans - Were they asking for this?
Gay people - Were they?
People who hate rap? - WHy would they watch it? To validate their beliefs?
People who hate gays? - See above.

This show seems to be the worst case of groupthink since Cop Rock. I mean what kind of meeting (or series of meetings) would include so many tone deaf people that they would consider this show to be A) Necessary B) Entertaining

It was almost unwatchable and it was mostly laugh free.
I see this one going the way of Unsupervised , another FX animated clunker.

It is a Madhouse Cluster****... but it does have some funny moments... I have seen much worse go on to be successful. Bout only thing I have in common is that I am White... I am an old heterosexual married classic rock and country guy, but I will watch till they tear it off the TV.

Well said. I'm black and I hate rap (Method Man being one of the few exceptions, go figure) and I love this show.

I hate rap and overall hip hop culture and im gay and i find this show hilarious. Chozen seems pretty out there but youd be surprised how close he hits to home if you met some ghetto fgays here in oakland.

Its a funny show, no more or less offensive than other cartoons of its type. Plus i love how unapologetically gay it is.

Your parents must be proud.
Anyway, Chozen has never been a ratings magnet and it is unlikely to make it out of its first season.
If it does, it will be completely retooled (not a gay joke) to make it funnier as its first season has failed miserably.
