True story ??

I'm contemplating watching it after watching the trailer which said it's a true story. (?) I'm 64 and grew up glued to Mercury Gemini Apollo and certainly don't remember hearing anything about any British attempt in rocketry.

Actually this is a edit update I'm just beginning watching it and I've never seen Edmund Kingsley in anything before but I have to say you can sure see his dad Ben such a resemblance. Well the IMDb reviews are pretty much 50 50 mixed. Some say excellent some mediocre some dog it so guess I'll give it a shot.

Another edit update. Ok I'm halfway thru and it is rather cheesy. What's with that helmet? Why's he even wearing it with no face shield? If oxygen's all in the capsule why does he even have it on? Maybe he's afraid it'll float off. LOL. And what's really going on between Anthony and Karnov? Well for the shoestring budget I'm gonna try and not pick it apart. OH .. he finally took.off that helmet. Now he put it back on. Yawn.
